Abbey St. Andrew transformed Saint John’s South End with more than 90 mixed-income apartments, addressing urgent housing needs in a high-poverty area. Housing Alternatives provides professional property management, ensuring the complex continues to thrive as a cornerstone of the community.


Centre for Youth Care (CYC)

CYC empowers youth through safe housing, trauma-informed support, and opportunities for growth and stability. With four new residential lots under development, they are creating vital resources to help young people build stronger futures in Saint John.



Father Eugene O’Leary Seniors Complex

These two East Saint John properties provide seniors with safe, comfortable housing in a convenient location. The 46-unit Father Eugene O’Leary Seniors Complex and 39-unit O’Leary Court offer a mix of market and subsidized apartments, ensuring affordability, accessibility, and quality living for older adults.


Saint Peters Non-Profit

Located on Douglas Avenue, Saint Peter’s offers 26 affordable homes, including 20 senior apartments and 6 family units. Conveniently on the bus route with off-street parking and close to shopping, it provides a comfortable, accessible, and diverse community for residents.



Rehabitat

Rehabitat provides safe, affordable, and well-maintained housing across Saint John and surrounding areas. We currently manage 176 units, with 72 more in development, offering homes for individuals, seniors, and families of all sizes.


The Range Housing Co-operative

The Range is a non-profit housing co-op founded in 2022 by CHF Canada and Housing Alternatives. We manage 184 units, supporting a strong, member-led community where residents share control and benefit together.



Unified Saint John Housing Co-operative

Formed in 2016 from the merger of eight smaller co-ops, Unified Saint John manages 294 units with 14 more in development. We support a safe, inclusive, and member-led community where sustainability and quality housing are top priorities.


The ONE Change Inc.

The ONE Change Inc. serves the Old North End community of Saint John with programs that support education, health, and neighbourhood revitalization. We provide bookkeeping services so the organization can focus on running the community centre and delivering its programs effectively.



Second Stage Housing

Second Stage Housing provides safe, affordable homes for women and children leaving abusive situations. We support the management of these units, helping ensure residents have a stable, secure environment with access to the services and support they need to rebuild their lives.


Sister Sheila Manor

We manage 12 affordable housing units that provide safe, supportive homes for seniors in Saint John. These homes give residents security, comfort, and access to community resources that help them live independently.



First Steps

First Steps provides a supportive home for young pregnant women and their babies, helping them reach their full potential. We manage 9 units, giving residents stability while they access education, health services, and parenting support to break the cycle of poverty.


Housing Hub of New Brunswick (HHNB)

HHNB drives the development of diverse and sustainable housing across New Brunswick. We support their work by managing projects and helping ensure housing initiatives are executed efficiently, creating homes that strengthen communities and meet local needs.



King’s Court

King’s Court is a condominium complex in uptown Saint John. We provide full management services, ensuring the property is well-maintained and residents enjoy a safe, well-run community.


Teen Resource Centre (TRC)

TRC provides a safe and supportive space for youth ages 12–24 to explore their potential and develop leadership skills. We handle their bookkeeping so they can focus on delivering programs that empower the next generation.



NEW-C – North End Wellness Centre

NEW-C, a satellite of St. Joseph’s Community Health Centre, provides health care and community support to residents of the North End, Crescent Valley, and Anglin Drive. We handle maintenance for the centre, helping ensure a safe and welcoming space for patients and programs.


Island Unity Land Co-op Inc.

Island Unity Land Co-op in Prince Edward Island creates safe, supported housing in a co-operative community. We manage 56 units, helping ensure residents have stable homes while fostering a strong, collaborative environment.



College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick (CPTNB)

CPTNB makes sure physiotherapists in New Brunswick provide safe, quality care. We help them stay organized with clear and reliable bookkeeping.
